Introduction
Important: The MCSA: Office 365 certification (exams 70-346 & 70-347) has been retired by Microsoft. Organizations, however, still rely on Microsoft 365/Office 365 services. This course focuses on the practical administration skills you need to evaluate, plan, deploy, and operate Microsoft 365 tenants — including identity, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams.
You will learn to set up a tenant, integrate/federate identities, configure core workloads, and sustain the environment with security, compliance, and monitoring. We also guide you to today’s modern certification paths such as Endpoint Administrator (MS-102) and Teams Administrator (MS-700).
